    This kids safety vest is one of those products you hope you never have to rely on — but you’re so glad you have it. The visibility is outstanding. The 3M Scotchlite reflective material really stands out in low light, and you can tell it’s high quality. Whether it’s early morning walks to school, bike rides at dusk, or camping trips, I feel so much better knowing my child can be seen from far away.

    The construction is excellent too. The YKK zipper is smooth and sturdy — no snagging or cheap feel like you get with some kids gear. It’s easy for my child to zip up independently, which is a big plus.

    I also appreciate the fabric options. We chose the lightweight mesh version for warmer weather, and it’s breathable enough that there are no complaints about wearing it. It’s great that there’s a thicker knit option for cooler seasons as well, so you can use these year-round.

    Sizing was accurate, and there’s enough room to layer over a jacket without it feeling tight. The bright color choices are another win — my kid loved picking their favorite, and it makes safety feel more fun and personal instead of just “something you have to wear.”

    This vest is great. It’s cool mesh and the zipper is easier to put on than our previous Velcro vest. I use it on my son who is not very traffic aware on our walks to school and playing in the front yard.
