The elbow and knee pads elastic straps are kinda big for my daughter's limbs but the helmet is adjustable to fit her head. Its very pretty, and the sparkle in the sun is fun. They swem pretty durable but she hasnt had any falls. But I feel she her head is protected.

We like this protective gear set overall. After a few falls, we decided to have our 5 year old start wearing full protection while riding his scooter. The helmet and pads fit him really well, and he says they are comfortable to wear.
The knee and elbow pads have already helped prevent him from getting too banged up, especially during scooter rides and small falls. That alone makes them worth it for us.
The only reason we didn’t fully switch to this helmet is that my son preferred the look of a different one he thought was cooler, but functionally this set works great and does what it is supposed to do.

The pads adjust with pretty sturdy velcro strips but not sure how many seasons they will last. I'm very happy with this product.
